If one of your loved ones is a huge fan of puzzles, this is the perfect gift for them! A truly unique, one-of-a-kind puzzle. In this ‘How it’s made’ video, we will show you exactly how your personalised puzzle is made. It’s a very precise process, so let’s take a look!
Creating a personalised puzzle starts with you! We have various puzzle sizes available, from 30 pieces all the way up to 500 or 1000 pieces. We have lots of puzzle designs and collage designs to choose from in our editor, to which you can add the photo(s) and/or text of your choice.
Our printers are on 24/7 to print the great designs our customers create. As soon as you have finished your design and placed your order, we get started. We print your design onto special paper and cut it to size, allowing us to transfer the puzzle neatly and quickly.
Our puzzle bases arrive at our Production department as a whole, which makes the printing process a lot easier! We place your design and the puzzle base on the press plate, making sure that everything is straight and aligned. Once we are certain everything is as it should be, we bring down the press and apply heat for a few seconds, attaching the design to the puzzle.
The final step is to take the puzzle apart, after waiting a few seconds for the puzzle to cool down. Safety first! To do this, we place the puzzle into a container and take it apart piece by piece. We then add a print of the puzzle design and place these in a box and send it off to the Packing department.
