Origin
The Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape which ripens quite late. It is well-known as the grape from the Médoc and the Graves region, but can also be found in other large vineyards famous for their red wines. This grape produces strong, tannin-rich wine with a deep colour and fine aging potential. Selection is made from various vineyards of the Aude region with its gravelly soil. The average age of the vineyards is ten to twelve years.
