About the beer
A Belgian strong pale ale with 9.5% alcohol, it has a smooth flavour with a slight hint of bitterness. In this large 75 cl-bottle the Westmalle Tripel evolves slightly different than in a smaller bottle. That is why this light and golden Trappist beer has such a long, smooth finish. This particular Tripel has been brewed in the Trappist Abbey of Westmalle since 1934, using only natural ingredients. This lively beer ferments for another three weeks after bottling. Store in standing position at 8-14°C.
