This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Er zat een kras in het glas, recht boven de gegraveerde teksts. Toen ik dit telefonisch vermeldde, had ik de bevestiging dat de order opnieuw verzonden zou worden nog sneller in mijn mailbox dan dat ik "dank je wel voor de snelle service" kon zeggen!! De nieuw geleverde vaas was precies zoals hij moest zijn. TOP service!
