This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.
I would recomend you to my friends ...... and indeed I have done.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Ich habe mein Geschenk wunderschön verpackt und viel Freude damit bereitet, die Überraschung ist mir gelungen. Noch schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn das Design über das ganze Papier gegangen wäre. Ich hatte nur Kreise drauf. Und das Papier braucht auch nicht ganz so dick zu sein- dann falten sich die Enden besser. Viele Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal

Een eerste relatief grote bestelling was kwalitatief niet goed.
Na een eenvoudig mailtje hierover, kreeg ik meteen een reactie van de klantendienst met de mededeling dat de bestelling kosteloos opnieuw zou aangemaakt en verzonden worden.

Dat is wat ik noem een correcte en uitstekende klantgerichtheid.

Het cadeau paste niet in een DHL pakket- automaat, terwijl dat wel als keuze optie wordt gegeven. De aflevertijd kwam daardoor onder druk.
Dit is overigens perfect opgelost door de klantenservice. Daarom dikke 10 !
