Information about this gift

Can I choose a custom background colour for the wrapping paper?

No, you cannot select a separate custom paper colour outside of the offered designs. The background colour depends on the design selected in the editor, and for some designs such as the heart pattern, the background paper is white.

Can I use multiple photos on the wrapping paper?

Only one photo at a time can be used in a single wrapping paper design, unless you choose a design in the editor with multiple photos.

Do images on the wrapping paper appear as one large picture or as multiple repeated images?

Images on the wrapping paper are inserted as a repeated pattern. Even with multiple images, they will become multiple small repetitions across the entire paper rather than large pictures that fill the whole roll.

How do I know if my picture has the right quality?

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your gift. That's why it's important to use high-quality photos. If you're unsure about the quality of your image, please contact our customer service team and include your photo along with the gift you are interested in ordering. They can then check the quality for you!

What formats can I upload?

You upload JPG and PNG files into our editor. Is this too technical or do you have an image of a different format you would like to use? Please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you so you can make the gift you want!

Can I add multiple photos to my gift?

Yes. You can do that by choosing a collage design in our editor and upload your photos.

Can I add a text and a photo together on my gift?

Yes, you can add text boxes on top of your photo, so you can combine both a personal message and your favourite picture on the same gift.

Can I add my own logo on the gift?

Yes, you can upload your own logo in JPG or PNG format, just as you would with an image.

Can I print a working QR code on the gift?

Yes, you can upload a QR code in JPG or PNG format.

What is personalising and how does this work on the website?
You can start making your gift by clicking the ‘start personalising’ button. In our gift editor, you can personalise the gift completely in accordance with your wishes: add your own picture and/or text. If you want, you can also opt for a cool design to make your gift truly unique.

Is my gift wrapped?
Currently, we do not have a gift-wrapping service to wrap your present. We do deliver our gifts in a festive packaging. This means that your gift is ready to be given or that it can be sent to the recipient directly.
