Yes, you can choose a collage among the designs available in the editor and upload more photos.

Can I change the background colour of the doormat?

Yes, you can change the background colour in the editor by opening the editor, selecting the background option, and choosing a colour from the colour palette. However you cannot change the product base colour.

Does the colour of the doormat change when I select a specific design?

The colour of the doormat follows the design you see in the editor. Selecting a design with specific coloured areas does not automatically change the entire carpet to that colour.

Does the image on the personalised doormat stay clear and durable over time?

The personalised doormat is designed to keep vibrant colours and a clear print over time thanks to high-quality printing. It is made of absorbent polyester with a rubber underside and can be washed by hand to keep it in good condition.

What is the standard colour of the doormat surface?

The doormat has an absorbent polyester surface that is white by default so that your design comes out clearly, and you can choose the colour of the text yourself in the editor.

What material is the door mat made of and what is the base colour?

The door mat has a soft, felt-like appearance and is made of absorbent polyester with an anti-slip layer.

How do I know if my picture has the right quality?

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your gift. That's why it's important to use high-quality photos. Ordered a doormat with picture provided. Recieved order and the colour was wrong. Resent another one stating it will be right this time and it was the same. Company explained that they could not do the colour I sent yet let me order it and print it twice. Refund received put poor quality control.
