I thought everything was perfect. Not sure where you can improve. I got exactly what I wanted.

You arent as fast as other companies to get the product made and delivered. However, this isnt necessarily a bad thing- good things come to those that wait...

Printed little boxes. Milka chocs inside. Perfect! BUT it could be made a little clearer that there is a choice of box design. I thought you could only have the first few on display. Didn't see anything (words) to tell me to scroll to choose a box design.

This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.
I would recomend you to my friends ...... and indeed I have done.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

It's my first time ordering. And although I've had to put the chocolates away for safe keeping and I haven't actually seen then, yet. The process was easy and stress free. So thank you.

You cannot improve on perfection. In all of the above areas. The gift that i ordered was was a personalised jigsaw puzzle. Just the reaction on my friends face on receiving this gift was priceless. I personally can't thank your surprise company enough. For the alround service you have provided me on this occasion and on other occasions. Thank you from one very happy customer. Oh yes I do recommend your company throughout the nursing home i visit and other places. Again Thank you.
