I think this is a lovely gift idea and have used it several times. However I was disappointed with the packaging. The box is good quality but I thought it would be more like a puzzle box with the picture and number of pieces printed on it, not the one size fits all gift box we got.

Der Service ist super, ich habe schon mehrere persönliche Folienballons verschenkt.
Leider kam diesmal der Ballon einen Tag später an, ich hatte das aber schon eingeplant, Glück gehabt!

This is a lovely gift idea and I've used it twice. The colours of the picture were not as clear in the puzzle. And whilst the packaging/box is good quality, I wanted it to be more like a puzzle box with the photo printed on the box lid with the number of pieces showing. But I really like this idea and the people I gave them to were very pleased.
