Printed little boxes. Milka chocs inside. Perfect! BUT it could be made a little clearer that there is a choice of box design. I thought you could only have the first few on display. Didn't see anything (words) to tell me to scroll to choose a box design.

This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.
I would recomend you to my friends ...... and indeed I have done.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

Ik heb ervaring in bestellen, met een foto. Wauw hoe mooi. Ik had er een foute tekst opstaan, contact opgenomen met jullie. En jullie hebben dit zo snel mogelijk proberen op te lossen, zodanig dat ik nog steeds zoals beloofd, het cadeautje kon laten leveren. Top top!!

Prima kwaliteit en perfect verzonden, maar door gebrekkige bezorging via Post NL kwam het cadeau niet aan na verschillende dagen. Your Surprise maakte hier geen probleem van en verzond het cadeau nog eens extra voor de zekerheid. Dat is service die ik als klant heel erg waardeer en mij stimuleert om bij volgende gelegenheden zeker weer voor hen te kiezen vooral omdat de uitvoering van de bestelling er echt heel mooi en professioneel uitziet.
