This was my second purchase with you and I found you every bit as helpful as the first time. The reproduction of my design was spot-on as was the quality of the tile, just lovely.
The only problem was delivery (8 days late) but I recognise that was simply not your fault. It meant the gift missed my grandaughter's birthday but your customer support was faultless, thankyou.

The puzzle is great, its easy to costumize and the quality is good. It arrived quickly and the package is very good. The only reason I gave it a 9 its because the colors are a bit brighter than my picture and they kinda blure into eachother.

De foto op het T-shirt vond ik wat te donker, meer dan in het echt. Belangrijk dat jullie daar goed op letten, wat factoren zijn die dat kunnen veroorzaken en dan misschien de foto van te voren wat lichter maken.

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Ich konnte das Bisl an den Rahmen anpassen und mit Hilfe der Hintergrundfarbe sah es dann auch super aus.
Dass der Text auf 2 Zeilen angepasst werden muss, fand ich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
