I think this is a lovely gift idea and have used it several times. However I was disappointed with the packaging. The box is good quality but I thought it would be more like a puzzle box with the picture and number of pieces printed on it, not the one size fits all gift box we got.

Ik ben nu aan het chatten met een medewerker, de foto die bij de puzzel hoort is nogal rood. Maar dit is maar het plaatje en niet de puzzel zelf als het goed is. Dus misschien daar iets aan doen? Verder ben ik heel bij met de bestellingen nu de ontvanger nog.

Ontzettend tevreden over de service. Zeer betrouwbaar en de communicatie is persoonlijk, snel en prettig. Toen er iets niet helemaal goed ging, werd dit direct en heel professioneel opgelost.

De persoonlijke ballon was prachtig en precies zoals gewenst. Je merkt dat er echt aandacht wordt besteed aan de klant én aan het eindresultaat.

Der Service war perfekt. Ich hatte die Tassen mit Express Lieferung bestellt. Leider hat UPS dann aber eine Mail geschickt, dass die Zustellung einen Tag verzögert erfolgt. Ich habe den Kundenservice angeschrieben und sofort am gleichen Tag noch eine Antwort erhalten, dass mir der Zuschlag für die Express-Lieferung erstattet wird.
